5.21 Tower wasn't shooting after I patched today. This is a really bad bug.

It was also not attacking enemy champions

About 10 minutes into the game the tower stopped attacking all enemies, it was able to take damage and wouldn't retaliate if an enemy hit you under it. I figured out how to record later in the game.

This could have really affected the game if we were not stomping.
