Strange Lag Spikes[EUW]

So recently I started playing on EUW but this week has been lets say "problematic" After I'm in-game every minute or less comes a weird lag spike which continues for about 2-3 secs and then it goes back to normal. I've never had lag issues and my network upload/download rates are normal. I have around 30 to 50 ms and this is really annoying due to the fact that everything IG going where I DID not point. Anyone have any idea if it's patch related? Any suggestions how I can lower the lagspikes? Like I said, I've never had an issue on EUW or any other European server. Thanks.
