I played some games as Ezreal and when I was facing Sivir she couldn't block my Q damage with her shield - the Q damage was applied even when the animation and the sound of the shield were activated. I think you should take a look at this since It is really critical both for LCS and ranks/normals.
Spell Shield
Active: Sivir creates a magical barrier that lasts up to 1.5 seconds, blocking the next enemy ability used on Sivir.
If an ability is blocked by the shield, Sivir gains mana.
It should block.
Ezreal's Q does physical damage, spellshields only block magic damage last time I checked.
the spell shield isnt blocking on-hit effect spell currently. e.g. GP's Q, EZ's Q, MF's Q etc the bug is noticed and will be fixed in the upcoming patch said riot.
