Mini map Turret HP

Throughout the game the turret hp on the mini map is always full. Unless I drag my screen over (I typically play locked) the turret, I can't tell if a turret has 1 hp or 1000. This occurs for all friendly and enemy turret icons on the mini map. Unless a turret is destroyed the hp of the turret will show full.
