RP Card Redeeming issue

I recently bought an RP card and it doesn't go past the redeeming area under prepaid card section, can someone help me try to fix this problem? I have done everything in my power (wifi/computer related). And it seems as if the Riot servers are the issue, can anyone give me a bit of help to fix the problem, it would be very appreciated.
