[Client] Runes page won't open in champ select

1. Enter a an ARAM game.
2. Trade with someone.
3. Reroll the traded champ.
4. Try to open up runes.

Basically the runes tab becomes clear, but for that top bar as seen in the pic. I haven't seen this before. I was able to open up the runes before I traded. I don't know if its reproducible and kinda don't want to try because of a 20 min leaver...
