[GAMEPLAY] Syndra's W is Broken... I don't believe this was intended RIOT... was it? :D

Syndra's W, if used on a minion who is the target of an enemy's teleport, will cancel that teleport... woops! >.< As much as I have enjoyed this little glitch... i figured it was my duty as part of this wonderful community to report it! <3 you RITO!!!!
