Problems with new Flex Queue

I just got in promos in Flex queue for Silver I and i played one game. I lost it and got the same message that i got when i finished my placements. It read that my climb is starting from Silver II and my LP got reset to 0LP and i lost my promos. Has anyone experienced this also? It is probably a bug. Maintenance happened last night, could be connected because ranked was disabled for 8 hours This happened to me once, but it could prevent me or anybody else climbing during preseason.

How to Submit a Bug

In the title, briefly describe the bug and tag it as either [GAMEPLAY], [CLIENT], or [CRASH]
In the body of the post, include a more in-depth description of the bug you are encountering.
Follow up the description of the bug with numbered step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue.
Include how frequently you can get the issue to occur and any video or screenshots of the bug that might help clarify it.
