Packet Loss ! (Random Lag Spikes & Disconnecting from Game)

So Recently since I Downloaded Patch 8.6, I've been getting random Lag spikes and sometimes Disconnect from the game. At first I thought it was my PC so I took it apart and rebuilt it, went into a game and still was dealing with Random Spikes, I reset my Modem and Router and Still was with the same issue. I played different games like Fortnite and Siege to see if I was Internet was doing bad, but nope everything ran Smoothly, then I thought to myself if a lot of people are having this Issue it has to be Packet Loss from Riot, because since a lot of us checked our PC and even Clean our PC out and Reset our modems & routers, it has to be from Riot and not Us. Riot if you are reading this take a look at this and my advice take out Voice Chat because that might be the issue with this Weird Lag Spikes we are all having. 8.5 wasn't like this until the Voice chat came in 8.6
