[GAMEPLAY] Jhin q after patch 6.6

Hey, After rolling out patch 6.6, theres a really annoying bug on jhin and his q, it only bounces to something around 2 minions occasionally (the initial hit after casting + one bounce to another and disappears) It's really annoying for me as a jhin main

This usually happens if you are AA'ing the next minion it's going to bounce to also. I noticed this bug today, and it happened really frequently which was really annoying.
