Panduum - Buying Catalyst deleted my blasting wand? Riot plz wtf is this bug?!

This is like the 5th time this has happened and its so fucking annoying. The above clip is not mine, but u can check out this replay (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1qMDHtcMDY1lB75VEjIzLS4ZEyrl5yUXI), u can clearly see me buying a bf sword moving and THEN hydra selling/disappearing

This exact same thing keeps happening to me. 3rd or 4th time my fully upgraded support item has disappeared, or sold itself when I wasn't even selling items.

I thought I was insane, but other people seem to be having this problem too, and its annoying as all hell... this bug needs to be acknowledged riot
