client and crash

Once i finish a game a screen that shows me the stats of the game dosent show up and says its loading but it never loads, also if someone in that game gets and S i dont get a chest or even any key. So every game i dont get anything from it and then i have to end the client and restart it. This has been happening since the start of season 6 and it was fine until i noticed it wasnt getting me keys or chests. Please help.
