Impossible to creat or accept a team clash

I cant join or create a team on clash, but I respect all conditions.

The error message is :

"Error : unable to create a team. Check the service status and try again later if this keeps occuring. Services statuts (link)"

Please help me, my team need me for the clash today.

i have the same problem, i meet all the requirements and have the same error message. Also, it works if i log onto a different account so i knew it wasnt on my end. after talking to tech support for hours they realized its on their end and put me on a list of accounts that need to be fixed, they said it most likely will not be done by the start of clash
