Chatting & missions bugged

So my client has been bugged for couple of weeks now.. I've tried reinstalling, full repair,.. I've done multiple updates but the problem doesn't resolve. My chat & missions (basicly all social functions, the right side of the client) are invisible and I appear to be offline to others, but I can play normally. Can't connect to chat in champ select but my missions do show up there. In-game chatting & voice works normally.

Anyone else with this problem or a solution?
