Irelia's Tenacity + Tenacity mastery
I was just playing good ole regular ARAM with Irelia and I just wanted to stack tenacity. I checked my tenacity with the tenacity passive max and I got 49% tenacity at 3 champions in range for my passive. Im pretty sure Im supposed to have 55%. Here is a picture for proof.
