teemo bug

i dont know if riot is aware of this but when teemo buys homegaurd upgrade on his boots, they will not always work on him even if you 'B' or die and respawn on fountain. some times u have to run almost completely out of base then run back to fountain just to get them to work. i submited this bug before it hasnt been fixed.

please remove demotion from ranked play due to the increase amount of trolls afks/disconnectsl. i dont think it is fair your game wins and losses are more due to luck instead of skill, maybe its because the season is comming to a end people like to play ranked games and troll on purpose i dont really know but its very unfair to the individuals who are trying to get gold before season end.
