Bugsplat-->relog-->team remake vote--> lose LP

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug but if it is not I don't believe this should happen in this scenario. That said, the situation was I went through champ select in a ranked game no problem, when the loading screen should've appeared I got a black screen with the loading cursor so I waited a minute or 2 thinking my loading screen was just coming up slow which it sometimes does. After waiting no more than 2 minutes I decided to alt-tab out and found out that I actually had bugsplat. Being somewhat of a league veteran I'm no stranger to bugsplat and I had no issues with having to relog and go through the loading screen by myself while everyone else was already starting the game. When I finally got into the game I apologized to my teammates telling them about the bugsplat, however they went ahead, knowing I was at that point loaded and actually walking to my jungle, and voted for a remake. I thought it was weird that when the vote was started I did not get the option to vote even though at that point I had been in the game around 30-60 seconds but didn't think much of it I figured we'd go to the post game screen and we'd all just re-queue with no penalties or anything since when the voted happened everyone was in game actively playing. However, when we got to the post game screen I noticed I lost 17 LP and that match in my history says Leaver.

         I agree that if I never relogged or if it would've taken me 15+ minutes to relog I should've lost LP and got the Leaver penalty but other than the 1-2 minutes that I waited to see if my load screen was just being a little slow I couldn't have relogged any faster than I did. I know from 4+ years of playing that crashes like these in LoL happen and even though it's not terribly often it's out of the players control and I do not believe we should lose LP and be considered a "Leaver" for that game.

         Also, the only reason for my thinking this might be a bug is because even though I had loaded into the game and had been actively moving for at least 30 seconds when the vote came up it acted as if I was still dc'd in that it didn't let me vote and said I was a Leaver. Even if this situation isn't a bug and is meant to play out this way I don't think it's fair since bugsplat is completely out of the players control and there's nothing the player can do to avoid the outcome. I'm not going to cry about losing the 17 LP or being considered a Leaver I just thought I'd bring this up because it intrigued me a bit.
