Cooldown reduction over 40%

Hello!

Today I've been playing a little and noticed something weird. I got 45% cooldown reduction while playing Lee Sin while the maximum is 40%. It got a little weird so I took a screenshot to show you. Just noticed this small bug and wanted to show you. Don't know if it's a bug tough.

That is because the mastery tree you used gives you 5% at level one plus 5% over the cap allowing you a max of 45%

He's got a point. The tooltip is contradictory.

Read the tooltip for the Intelligence mastery and take a few minutes to decipher what it means.
