Cooldown reduction over 40%

Hello!

Today I've been playing a little and noticed something weird. I got 45% cooldown reduction while playing Lee Sin while the maximum is 40%. It got a little weird so I took a screenshot to show you. Just noticed this small bug and wanted to show you. Don't know if it's a bug tough.

That is because the mastery tree you used gives you 5% at level one plus 5% over the cap allowing you a max of 45%

I still think that's a bug

It specifically states that the mastery raises the Cooldown Cap, it's not a bug.

maybe you mean that you think they should correct the tooltip so that it says "you can have up to 45% CDR" instead of 40% when you get that mastery? Otherwise, if you simply think that having 45% CDR while having a mastery that lets you do just that... i don't really know what to tell you...
