[GAMEPLAY] Deathfire Touch does not apply if Karthus is in his passive state (60% confidence)

Steps to reproduce: Die as Karthus with Deathfire Touch; use your Ultimate. Expected result: Deathfire Touch is applied to all affected players. Current result: Deathfire Touch does not apply

Observed this twice in an ARAM, but have not deliberately reproduced yet. As such, I'm not entirely confident this bug exists. Will attempt to reproduce tomorrow.
