Apparently blitzcrank can hook through Sivir's spellshield?

I don't know, at first I thought that Kennen threw a Q and the timing was on point but, it seems like blitzcranks hook applies twice? It's dumb and I lost because of this regardless (I might be dumb and missed something obvious)

with how tight that timing is, it's entirely possible your latency was enough that riot's servers didn't pick up you spell shielding until after blitz q hit you. that's the only explanation I can come up with, as it does normally block his hook.
