[GAMEPLAY] Kill Announcements Audio Sporadic And Often Not Occuring

Frequently in games the kill announcement audio is not playing for both kills from myself and my team, and the enemy team. It's very sporadic, sometimes you get an announcement of an enemy kill and then it goes silent for the next few kills. It can be frustrating when you're firing something into a bush and/or chasing an enemy where you can't see them and if you do manage to kill them you don't get any notification of it, leading to confusion. Or a nearby teammate who's off-screen gets killed and there's no notification to warn you of it and you're caught unaware by the enemy team, later wondering when your teammate ever died and why the game never notified you it happened.
