Not receiving mastery 6 token

I have had this happen twice recently. Today I played a game as Corki who was already mastery level 5 and received a hextech chest for it but did not receive my mastery 6 token. The other game I had about a week ago was the same where I received a chest but no token for a different champ (currently not 100% sure on which champ it was).
