[CLIENT] Skin Shard from Re Roll Not Added

I re-rolled three skin shards (Black Scourge Singed, Nosferatu Vlad, and I don't remember the third) into a random shard, and got Debonair Vi. However, the shard was not placed into my inventory, and did not show up after a restart.
