Chroma Pack not working

Hi all,

I recently purchased the Bard Bard chroma pack and after an initial game or two, it just stopped showing that I have it in champ select. It still shows up in my purchase history and my RP was spent, but it was just gone. I play Bard quite frequently so I was a bit frustrated to only get to use my pack for two games before it went on the fritz. I submitted a ticket and after a few days of back and forth, they told me to make a post here. Anyone else having this issue with their chroma packs?

I only play team builder and Bard chroma packs SAYS i have the blue one on but in games i am just as normal and basic as the default skin. I've played him twice trying to get them to work, thinking it was the green one that wouldn't show and switching to the blue one with the same problem happening. I don't know what to do and i want a refund for my rp cause this isn't what I expected and that's just dumb if it doesn't show in team builder.
