Mobile Payments removed?

Hello everyone, this is my first post ever. I usually pay via Mobile Payments and have been doing so quite a lot until a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to buy more RP today but I see the Mobile Payment option is not available to me. I asked a friend as well to see if he had it and he doesn't as well. I tried looking in the forums/redit and etc. but couldn't find anything. I would really appreciated if someone has any info about this and if it is only happening to us (we are from Bulgaria).
