Loading Screen Crashing

For the past week or so I have had this problem where every once in a while the game gets stuck in a perpetual loading screen. Everyone will load to 100% and the game never loads in, upon manually closing the client, I am able to hear sounds of the game as if I've been loaded in the whole time, but my screen has been on the loading screen. Due to the game not crashing, it has never asked me to submit a bug report, and it only happened every once in a while, but now it's happened two days in a row and now has given me Leaver Buster.

Today's incident as well, upon closing out of the game (I hit the X after alt-tabbing) the game would attempt to load up again, so I brought up Task Manager to force close, but every force end it would reopen and be stuck trying to load the client. I had to restart my computer to just close the program, then opened the client and loaded into game just fine, after 10 minutes had elapsed and the game was nearly over (ARAM). Every other game I play after this crash works just fine, I'm just unsure what happens in this random one.

I'm having this exact same problem with the loading screen reaching 100% and then occasionally getting stuck. I also hear sounds after closing the client. This makes me think my connection isn't the entire reason for this, since I do consistently get into the game after reconnecting once and I can usually play without any major lag. I actually stopped playing PVP because of how often this happened, but sometimes I can bypass the crash by playing the champ I want to use in Practice Tool beforehand. Not saying anyone should have to do that, but it works for me.
