Further 'Walking Into Fountain At Startup' bugs.

I've consistently found this to be a problem on my mac. About 2 out of every five or so games start with this. This bug is preventing me from playing ranked, given how persistent it has proven to be. I understand that if I exit the game then reconnect, it's typically fixed, but given how long it takes me to load in, this is an advantage I cannot afford to otherwise give to an enemy lane.

Can you please look into it and look into fixing it?

I am on a Macbook Pro, 2012. I don't know how to reproduce the bug, other than that it seems to occur after unusually bad loading up time. I've noticed that, often, a faint spike in my ping occurs during the loading screen in the instances where this happens. However, this may just be my laptop and its normally terrible load-up time.
