Suddenly 70ms

Client updated something and after that I went into game, ping was normal first 5 mins, since then it's 70 and it's not my internet I checked everything, restarted lol it's still 70ms riot pls don't do this again like 5 years ago and you said it's my internet when it wasn't, I played with 80 ping for 6 months, fix this please
