Champion selection bug after I spectated a game.

I was spectating a game where the directed camera wouldn't work.

Then I started a ranked 3v3 game with a friend but when a match was found, a box on the bottom of the screen said "quit spectate mode" and no champion nor ban was showing on screen the timer was at 0, after 30 sec i clicked the "quit spectate mode" box and the circle where champions are supposed to be just disapered. Nothing happened until it said "someone left during champion selection" I was still in the Q but my friend was not, I had to close and open league on again and saw I was awarded with a lost and 5 minute ban for not picking.
