[Client] IP displayed does not match actual amount

The IP displayed at the top of the client does not match the amount usable in store, even after restarting client. In fact it is 624 ip different.

To see that your actual IP is different from the amount the client shows you:

1. Open Client
2. Try to buy an item that that you have more than 624 IP than.
3. Do simple arithmetic and realize that there is a discrepancy in your IP.

To see that you cant buy items you should be able to afford:

1. Open client
2. Check IP
3. Try to buy an item within 600 ip of what you have.
4. See that you cannot afford the item.
