7.13 bug

so i have a weird bug where i cant create lobby on solo q. I dont understand why it is only on it. I think its a bug and it will repair itself, but when i try to make a lobby it freezes... i can go home and check or change my masteries but i cant make a lobby. i hope it will just fix itself. For now i need to only flex :P (i tried reloging and restarting computer)
