Jax's E not being responsive

Jax's E has not been responsive today. Several times I have jumped on an opponent and hit E (a second time) only to watch them flash or walk away. I have never had this problem before and I play quite a bit of Jax.

i would guess this is linked to the problem others have listed of more generally commands not imediatly reacting movment or otherwise.
