Prior to 5.14 if TIbbers has been summoned, while channeling a recall it was possible to control Tibbers.

In other words: while the recall is chanelling, I was able to control Tibbers, move him around, command him to attack other champs/minions/turrets, etc.

With the most recent patch that is no longer possible.

Yup, happens to me too :( 800 annie games.... My "farming while backing strategy" is no longer viable. Its not in the patch notes so it must be a bug.
