[GAMEPLAY] Relic Sheild execute passive (spoils of war) doesn't work with Thresh

The passive Spoils of war of The Relic Sheild item 3302 (and its upgrades item 3097 & item 3401 ) Doesn't seems to work right with Thresh Thresh , i can share gold but i can't execute minions under 200 health.

1.- Get in a VS AI match or Custom game 2.- Pick Thresh Thresh 2.5.- Pick Classic or Championship 3.- Once in game buy Relic Sheild item 3302 4.- Attack a minion under 200 health (or 254 in my case) near an allied champion

I already tested VS bots and Custom game and it happens every time, i also tested it in PvP team builder and blind pick and it happened but i just did it once so im not totally sure.

I used another supports like: Alistar Alistar and Janna Janna but the passive works fine with them (tried to test more but i don't have a lot of champions on this account :P)

It doesn't work for Thresh, Nor Janna, even though you said it does, for the same reasons. They aren't melee, Thresh has a ranged hook. Janna is ranged as well. Alistar isn't, he is melee. Melee doesn't mean that any basic attack from anyone procs the execution, only people like Braum/Leona/Alistar/Blitzcrank/Volibear/Singed/Sejuani and that sort proc the execution. You and your bot partner will both get gold and the health if you kill a minion on them, but you can't execute minions with ranged attacks.

the spoils of war does work and proc if you kill the minion with a ranged champ its only the execution part that doesnt work for ranged champs thats why everyone who playes thresh prefers relic over coin

The only reason you think Thresh procs execute is because of his flay passive. This is not a bug.
