Runes Missing from collection (New Client bug 6.22)

In the new fancy client, when i remove runes from a rune page they disappear completely. I cannot select the removed runes anymore. Now I have to deal with rune pages without AD marks.

I can't find some of my runes either. As far as I Know, missing attack speed marks, and flat ap Quints

I'm having this same issue. I went to create a page and all of the runes that are used in other pages are unavailable and I can't see them. I can only use runes that are not within other pages.

Same thing is happening to me. I am also missing runes.

I can't find my AP quints, I only removed them once and now i can't find them item 3070

Same thing, AS glyphs disappeared (when I tried to buy them it says I already on them) and some other runes when unclicked in the rune pages just vanish aswell.

I am having the same issue, when I remove my runes, they don't come back and they disappear completely. I keep having to buy new runes and it starts all over again.
