Lost my season my season 7 border

not sure just happened randomly. any explain why? never got any notifications just don't have it anymore and would like an explaination

did you play a different queue?

if you were unranked in flex and play it you have no border there.

Borders are specific to their queue, so let's say you were Bronze in Flex last season and Gold in Solo/Duo, you won't have a border in Flex but you'll have your Gold border in Normals, Solo/Duo etc. You can find the full specifics on which border is displayed in which queue at the end of this post.

That aside, the only ways you'd actually lose the border is by being banned for MMR Boosting (you'd lose all your ranked rewards in that and prior seasons) or by specifically requesting from Player Support to remove it.

If you still can't find where it went, submit a Support Ticket and Player Support will help you find it!
