Buggy league of legends client

RIot fix ur stupid client it bugs out every now and then and then it starts lagging terribly that i cant even edit my runes and ban a champ during champ selection. and friends list bugs out horribly and this is really annoying and i have deleted and reinstalled league but this the problem continues fix the client!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
