Turret mlg snipe

i was playing heimerdanger in one game and once i placed my first turret down it was not shutting down when i was at spawn it was sniping a malphite when he wasnt even in the circle not even close and the turret was sniping him across lane. riot please fix this.

Yeah it's just a visual bug, because the turret doesn't actually do damage to the enemy when it does that. It's been in the game for a long ass time too.
