Bug Splat but no actual Bug Splat

So anyways, unsure if anyone else is having this issue when getting to the load screen of a game: you're on discord with your duo or team or whatever fancies you, and everything looks great- 100% load, your little blue loading circle in the bottom of your screen is going, your ping looks normal... then everyone you're with starts clicking and buying stuff and you can hear them heading to their respective lanes but you're still sitting in the loading screen? What is that? It's happened to me three times already, the first time was a custom game to test my ping thankfully, and I ended up not loading until_ fifteen minutes and forty six seconds into the game_. The second time, I got into the game right as minions got to lane, and then the third time, the people I was going to play with ended up remaking. And after logging out and logging back in, I was thrusted right back into the same loading screen as if the game still existed. Also, I never received a bug splat for any of these... events. What is going on Riot? Figure the client out. It sucks.
