Penalty Bug

i came back to find "restricted from attempting to que rank" while being on a 12 game winning streek and so i played a draft normal mode and it counted as a rank. That cost me 1 promotional game. Why the hell was it a rank when i have rank penalty... Either way this bug is annoying and the penalty system still dumb WOOT~ where you at turbinals~
