Kled Teleport bug

This bug has persisted for at least 5 patches now, maybe more. When Kled uses the summoner spell Teleport, the first spell he uses after arriving at the destination of TP, will be towards where he TP'd from, regardless of where the mouse cursor is pointed. This has a 100% reproduction rate, as long as the spell is used immediately upon arrival. I cannot provide video footage, as I use only the in-client replay recorder, which does not capture mouse movement.
