I just played a game on patch 9.1 and our team had a veigar who never loaded in as we sat in loading screen for the ridiculous amount of time, then never bought items, and never left the spawn, yet we didnt get the option to remake causing us all to lose lp. please look into this.
happens when someone has a poor connection and are dropping in and out of "connecting" you don't see every "disconnected" "reconnected" status update (that would be terrible annoying).
What Riot should do, is put a "movement requirement" in their code for the /remake process If a summoner hasn't moved out of the fountain for a period of 1:30 than the team can initiate the remake process, problem solved.
same thing happened to me on a ranked match on a second account
Just happened to me and I sat through 15 minutes of a useless 4v5 just to find out top is a 1/7 troll who voted no until they destroyed us at 18 min
