i did not receive ip for my last 16 games please help riot

for the last 16 games i have played win and loss i did not receive any ip for those games. i also checked on how to receive ip after playing a game and all of the games i played met those requirements please fix this problem and reward me my ip. Thank you for your time ~Hjjyynggjhvbb8
