Green screen bug
started a ranked game screen was covered by this green layer, wouldnt go away and couldnt see anything under it, lost the game cause i was blinded by it, everything else in the game worked completely normal besides this.

Did you quit and relog? could be a mere graphics bug that occasionally occurs.
It also could be your gfx card going out.
