RIOT PLEASE FIX YOUR CLIENT

So this has been a issue with my client for about 2 years now, i don't know if anyone else gets this problem but 80% of the time when i try to queue up for a game I JUST DON'T GET THE FUCKING POP UP and I'm losing lp for it, I can't play with my friends and it hasn't been fixed despite my multiple tickets. Not only this, but when people dodge sometimes I'm just stuck at 0 seconds instead of going back to the lobby. This wasn't a big issue before as it would happen rarely but ever since this shit client was released I literally take 20 minutes to get into a game on my diamond 4 account, and not because of long q times BECAUSE I CANNOT SEE THE QUEUE. Does anyone else get this problem?
