Kalista Passive Not Functioning?

I just played a game as Kalista but the thing was my passive jump wasn't working correctly. I've played Kalista quite alot now and this sudden change or bug made me lose a game because its part of Kalista, its her kit. I don't know if this is a new patch addition or what because normally before i would just click and it would make me jump there but now if i click it just doesnt even hop, it will take me about 2-5 clicks to make her actually jump which is EXTREMELY difficult to cope with.
