Problem With Clash

Me and my people have been scouting for more than 7 minutes. On my friends' list my team mates say it's "In Tournament" but we never got to scout or anything. We did lock literally last second and it did say some messages, but I'm not sure what exactly happen.

Same problem, Stuck in "waiting for Opponent" while all my friends list taking part are in game. Doesn't look like we're gonna get placed into a game anytime soon so it's basically a waste of a ticket.
