After I install the League of Legends, it stop update when it is at 67% for a long time. Please issue the bugs of your game. More over, I suggest you can release the URL which is the manual patch update. So we can download the patch by ourselves due to your game server always have the bug while we update the patch.

I have read the article for a long time ago which asked you to release the manual patch for the game update. But you still don't release. Please provide the reason for this. Thanks a lot.

The main reason why your game stopped installing is either, your virus protection is blocking you from installing the game, corrupt files. I've had this problem before, the way how I fixed it is, not running anything in the background while you're installing the game. Just close all your Web browsers, anything running in the background. It could affect the patcher from not installing the game. If my method doesn't work try reading some of the articles here https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202969434

It's possible that it stops with downloading and start installing the game. I installed the game today and it got stucked for 10 minutes at 67% and continued after that :)

mine got stuck at 275 mb left, but % still went up, and it completed
