Promotion Error

I was in promo and was 2wins 0 losses best out of 5 Lost 1 game so should be 2wins 1 loss in promo but it gave me 2 losses.. my match history backs it up there is no loss even vi d/c ect. I ended up losing 4th game but now it has me as 2w 3L and now not got promotion. There is no way to report an issue in the game, can an admin help with this?!? .. :( :(
