Bug: [CLIENT] Choices are not saved

There are 2 issues that I have found with saving choices so far:

1. When going into edit a rune page, the checkbox to show detailed descriptions of the runes is always unchecked. If you check the box and leave the edit page and go back into the page, the box is unchecked. This is a small quality of life feature but it would be nice for those of us who always want to see all of the information if the state of this checkbox were to be saved. This should be self explanatory how to reproduce.

2. The selected rune page when entering champion select is not saved. Currently it always selects the rune page that you most recently edited and saved. This is okay, but it should save the selection made in your most recent game as well. I recently played several games as the same champion and I had to change my rune page in every champion select instance. Before the new rune pages it would save the selection made in your last game. The way to reproduce this is to save changes to a rune page that you don't want to use and then go play a few games using a different rune page. You will have to select the desired rune page every game, the selection will not be saved as it will default to the rune page that you last edited and saved.

Both of these issues are not game breaking or anything but they break user expectations and would be nice to have fixed. In the case of the 2nd one, its something that was there before the new patch and now is not.
